We are pleased to announce that Bill Hoffman, executive chef and co-owner of the House of William & Merry, has been named a semi-finalist for the James Beard Best Chef Award for the mid-Atlantic region, one of two semi-finalists from Delaware. The James Beard Awards recognize exceptional talent and achievement in the culinary arts and are voted on by 600 culinary professionals.
